Taft’s Brewing Co. was founded in April 2015 through the creation of Taft’s Ale House in Over-the-Rhine.
The 3-story Ale House resides in a renovated historic church originally built in 1850.

Taft’s Ale House offers premium Tri-Tip steak, delicious pub fare, and Cincinnati’s finest craft brews in a beautifully designed space, suited for any type of event.
Bell Tower
12 Guests Max
Our most intimate space, the Bell Tower is perfect for your meeting or private party. The Bell Tower comfortably seats up to 12 people and offers it’s own TV, as well as views of Race Street.
There is a $25 room fee for reservations and a $50 fee for reservations on Saturdays.
Mezzanine Lounge
20-50 Guests
Our Lounge on the Mezzanine is adjacent to the bar and offers comfortable couches and chairs with it’s own TV. The space layout can be customized to suit your needs. Guests may order from the event menu or off the regular menu.
There is a $25 room fee for reservations and a $100 fee for reservations on Saturdays.
North Mezzanine
Seats 36 Guests, Fits 100+ Standing Room
The North Mezzanine is on our top floor, offering full seating for a large party and can be combined with the Lounge for even larger groups. Guests may order from the event menu or off the regular menu.
There is a $100 room fee for reservations, $125 when combined with the Lounge.
South Mezzanine
Seats 30 Guests, Fits 50 Guests Standing Room
The South Mezzanine is on our top floor offering full seating for a large party. Guests may order from the event menu or off the regular menu.
There is a $100 room fee for reservations.
Library
Seats 24 Guests, Fits 40 Guests Standing Room
The Library is our semi-private space located adjacent to our Main Beer Hall. It has views of the Brew House and offers high top tables with bar stools. Guests may order from the event menu or off the regular menu.
There is a $25 room fee for reservations.
